In his latest edition of Barneys Babble, Simon Doonan teases us with the knowledge of whether Kate Moss has a corner office or lowly cubicle at the Topshop head office in London. He never gives us the dirt on that question, but says Kate, shown here at the Kate Moss for Topshop Barneys New York launch, is very popular with Topshop employees (gee, go figure) and that she tries on every design for her line herself. Apparently she comes in weekly for meetings and goes on coffee runs for workers, which is nice since they’re probably chained to their desks working on her stuff while she can flit in and out as she pleases.

Doonan also highlights some key pieces from the collection available at Barneys New York, throwing his hat in the ever-growing ring for the cropped biker jacket. Coincidentally, the jacket which is currently $375 for US shoppers is currently on sale at Topshop in the UK for the equivelant of US$163. This goes even further beyond the Kate Moss for Top Shop price gap than we thought!
