Christina Applegate has worn the designer in the past, at the Tony’s, and so may have had something to do with the selection. The Lebanese designer has a large Middle Eastern following, and is best known in the US for designing Jenna Fischer’s dress for the recent Emmy’s (fortunately or not, your call).
