I know it’s Chloe, and we feel bad putting anything of hers in the Yay or Nay category…but it’s pink vinyl. This $1,970 tie-front coat looks a little bit like a raincoat I had in kindergarten, and also one my Barbie had. Which I thought was fabulous at the time, but all grown up … I don’t know. What do you think?
