Nicole Kidman, Miley Cyrus, and Carrie Underwood on the red carpet at the CMT awards

Lots of screen stars were at the CMT awards this year - big screen icon Nicole Kidman, the American Idol who found fame on the small screen Carrie Underwood, and the teen queen from the small screen Miley Cyrus.

Nicole Kidman was there to support hubby Keith Urban, and it seems like she brought on the big hair for Nashville! He-haw! Dress-wise, she kept an appropriately low profile given that this wasn't really her night to shine. Nonetheless she looked elegant in red.

Miley Cyrus chose an on-trend maxi dress, but doesn't have her usual sparkle and personality on the red carpet in our opinion.

Finally, Carrie Underwood went very casual for her in a short, 80's inspired one-shouldered dress. Love her silver shoes and that she has the gams to pull off such high ankle straps.

miley cyrus is stupid and needs to die,i cant believe they chose her and her has been daddy to host... they SUCKED!!!!!!! nicole is gorgeous and i cant wait for the baby!!!!!!! ahhhhhhhh! and carrie looks good too. =)
