Looks like Julie Gilhart, fashion director for Barney's New York, is such a big fan of Rogan Gregory's upcoming capsule collection for Target's Go International range that she's arranged for the mass retailer to launch the collection at the New York and Beverly Hills Barney's New York stores.
The clothes will be on sale at the New York Barney's on May 8 and Beverly Hills May 15, to hit Target stores soon after.
The collaboration caused raised eyebrows across the industry since the mass-retail mentality of disposable fashion doesn't exactly jive with the reputation Gregory has garnered for his work with eco-friendly, sustainable fashion brands Loomstate and Edun.
There's an interesting interview over at Style.com in which Gregory answers some of his critics.
