Sophia and Francis Ford Coppola in next Louis Vuitton campaign
Louis Vuitton has called apon a host of non-models for their core values campaign - Keith Richards, Mikhail Gorbachev and Catherine Deneuve have starred in recent ads.
Now, father-daughter directors Sophia and Francis Ford Coppola are said to have been shot together by Annie Leibovitz in Argentina, where the elder Coppola is working on his new film.
Sophia has a reputation as a fashion darling, and surely had something to do with getting her father in on the campaign - which seems like a somewhat strange move to fans of the "Godfather" director.
The ads underscore Louis Vuitton's travel heritage, for which the Coppolas are admittedly perfect.
