Hollywood is a buzz today with reports that Heidi Klum is pregnant.

The supermodel and host of Project Runway, is believed to be expecting her fourth child with husband, Seal.

Speculation began after designs for her new Project Runway outfits were recently leaked online. The redesigned couture sketches had taken into consideration a baby bump, but were quickly taken down.

Now E! is claiming they have it on good authority that Heidi is up the duff, and is less than four-months pregnant.

The couple have two sons together, Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu Samuel, 3, and Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, 2. Heidi also has a daughter, Helene “Leni” Klum, with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.
