Screen queen Kate Winslet has landed herself another glossy cover, this time for US Harper’s Bazaar’s August ’09 issue. The Oscar-winning actress was photographed by Peter Lindbergh suspended on a tower with New York acting as the stunning backdrop. For the shoot, she dons Burberry, Michael Kors, and Yves Saint Laurent. I just love that white floaty Ralph Lauren dress on her (above right) don’t you?

Speaking about her recent trend show off her pins in Hervé Léger, and Balmain, she said: “I danced a lot when I was younger, and I’ve always had decent, shapely legs and thought it’s now or never. I mean, when you’re pushing 40, are you really going to wander around in a dress that’s mid-thigh length? So I thought, Oh, fuck it, I’m just going to do it.”
