Katy Perry made a touching tribute to her current squeeze Russell Brand at the MTV Europe Awards earlier this month by wearing a West Ham United basque. The corset, in the team’s colours of burgundy and blue and with badges very tastefully positioned on the bust, is now going on sale for £300, commissioned by the club following ‘huge demand’.
We’re thinking this could lead to a trend in football themed lingerie. Would you wear your boyfriend’s (or your own) team’s colours on your underwear? Or would you even go to a match in a corset like Katy’s?
The basques are made by Siobhan Dillon, and will be available exclusively through the club’s stores.
