What make-up should the ‘I’m a Celebrity’ girls have taken into the Jungle?

I’m a Celebrity has kicked off once again on ITV1 and we’re addicted already. Most of us will probably be tuning in to watch Katie Price be subjected to a series of horrible trials, either enjoying it or feeling sorry for her, depending on which team you support. (I’m with Team Andre.) But there are five other women in the Australian outback as we speak. Allowed only one luxury item each, you can imagine how difficult the decision making process must have been for them: mascara or Vaseline? Blusher or concealer?

Jules Standish, a professional ‘colour consultant’ had a look at the female celebs in this year’s series and worked out what they should have decided to take with them.

Katie Price.jpg Katie Price: Unsurprisingly here, Jules would have given Katie a ‘big tube’ of fake tan, because her harsh black hair would look even worse against pale skin. We imagine Jordan snuck in a job lot of the stuff somehow.

Sam Fox.jpg Sam Fox: The ex-glamour model should have brought some mascara to “keep her lovely eyes sparkling”.

Sabrina Washington.jpg Sabrina Washington: Sabrina used to be in Mis-Teeq, one of those R&B bands that epitomised the early 2000s, but unfortunately for her, she’s now in a much less glamorous setting. According to Jules, Sabrina’s skintone needs ‘really strong colours’, so she’d give her some red lipstick.

Kim Woodburn.jpg Kim Woodburn: One half of Kim and Aggie, the How Clean is Your House star has already stripped off. Not a good idea, since her fair colouring needs to be kept out of the sun. Jules recommends tinted moisturiser to keep her skin glowing.

Lucy Benjamin.jpg Lucy Benjamin: Lucy had some less-than-glamourous moments on Eastenders, so she probably won’t mind being in the jungle without make-up. But if she did have some with her, Jules would prioritise ‘golden brown eyeshadow’ to bring out her eyes.

Camilla Dallerup.jpg Camilla Dallerup: Used to shedloads of make-up on the ballroom dancefloor, Camilla should be able to make do with blusher, says Jules. And she should stay out of the sun.
