It’s hardly been a year since fashion talent Alexander McQueen sadly passed away. And his legacy was lived through his final and great ready-to-wear show, where 16 outfits were displayed.

However, like with any great talent there’s always the feeling that there should have been more . And although nothing can erase that we’re really pleased to hear that there is one last dress in the fashion sphere that, according to Grazia, is thought to be the last piece that Alexander McQueen ever worked on.

The dress was created by Alexander for his long-term muse Annabelle Neilson who eventually wore it to Elton John’s White Tie & Tiara ball in June.

We think the bias-cut silver silk, gown is a perfect end to such a perfect collection and talented designer.
