It’s that time when we give you the opportunity to vote for your favourite designer of the year.
Over the past week we’ve been giving you a list of who we think has excelled with their creations and now it’s your turn to vote and tell us who you think is the best.
We loved Erdem’s AW lace trend, which has led to some amazing designs on the highstreet, as well as the digital print dresses and blouses. It’s SS 2011 collection also looks amazing with lace still running through the veins of the designs. Christopher Kane bought us feminine florals and his leather influences filtered through to the highstreet this season his summer collection is equally as stunning with neon brights and sheer lace combined with soft floaty hemlines paraded down the catwalk, giving a nod to both the 1960s and the 80s.
House of Holland bought us a mix of sportwear, statement tights and print tees for the winter before going all 70s chic in the summer with a range of denim playsuits and shirts embellished with stars, as well as feminine florals and high hemlines, while Burberry gave us the aviator and shearling look for this season. It’s made sure animal print and leather stay on until next year thanks to it’s snake print dresses and tops for it’s summer collection.
Finally Antonio Berardi bought us lace, monochromes and classic black designers in his winter creations and also carried these colours on into the SS2011 range, with these featuring in 50s style puff dresses. His SS collection has also bought us flowing sheer frocks and a burst of colours including white and red.
