Katy lights up the stage at the Nokia People's Choice Awards
Katy Perry lit up the stage last night at the Nokia People’s Choice awards in a strapless purple and white dress complete with blue neon lights which she teamed with pink peep-toe heels.
Of course this isn’t the first time Katy has opted for a light inspired dress, and it’s most certainly not the first time she’s gone for a wacky outfit. In fact, she’s best known for her kooky dress sense, whether it’s putting blue and mauve streaks in her hair or going all out in a lady bird or Santa outfit.
