In honor of Isaac Mizrahi's big news, we decided to peruse his short-lived collection for Target for our bargain pick of the week.

Even though calling everything and anything coutore is sort of a pet peeve of ours, we still really liked this taffeta couture bodice dress in bing cherry for only $49.99. It comes in lots of other colors, including basic black, if you like the cut but not the hue.

The Audrey Hepburn silhouette will obviously look lovely on the slim, but the waist is also high enough to camouflage heftier hips.

A lot of items on the Abercrombie & Fitch Web site are on clearance right now, which means that they're now at somewhat reasonable prices. But in the case of this Candace short-sleeve shirt, you really are getting a bargain at $9.90. With spring just around the corner, this is a great staple to have in your closet for when the weather warms up. Or wear it now with oh-so-fashionable layers.

Patricia%20Field%20Tempura.jpg

Sometime during her Sex and the City costume designer years, Patricial Field's name became forever linked with Manolo Blahnik and Jimmy Choo in the footwear category. And now you can get her high-fashion, Emmy-award winning, Sarah Jessica Parker-approved style at Payless - who would have predicted? Our bargain pick of the week is her Tempura platform, $40, actually the only pump in her limited edition holiday collection. There's also a chic boot and a clutch, but we feel the platform is the most Patricia.

We've really got a bargain for you this week. For less than the cost of a grande peppermint latte, you can update a look already in your closet with this sateen headband from Forever 21. While we all know the bargain retailer's accessories are uber-affordable, I've also always found them of a decent quality - at least on par with what you'd find at certain mall shops and Old Navy. For only $2.80 - that's right, less than $3 - you can tuck back flyaways or add a prim touch to an existing outfit. Check out all four colors.

forever21_jeweled%20tube%20top.jpgCan you tell I like Forever 21? It's just that they have really chic, trendy clothes for great prices! Like this jeweled tube top in Dark Grey or Black. I love the gathered look you get with the tighter bottom half of this top and the rest of the shirt flowing over--it'll hide a little tummy, and always looks so flowy and elegant. And the faceted rhinestones trim at the top is very in right now. So make this hot tube top yours for just $24.80.

Congrats to those smart fashionistas who guessed last week's pick was Marc Jacobs! Now see if you can get this one...

Guess which designer made this sparkling rainbow dress that waltzed down the runway during London Fashion Week. Post your guess and check back next Friday for the answer!

Forever21%20tote.jpgI really like this stud tassel tote from Forever 21 for just $15.84. It's very trendy with stud detail along the bottom and handle and large leather tassel on the front. Made of synthetic leather, this luxe large tote is 20 inches long and 17 inches wide to carry all your makeup and other daily essentials. Hmm... I just might have to get one for myself!

After a seven-year hiatus from the catwalk, Randolph Duke sent a "Glamorganic” eco-friendly collection down the runway during Los Angeles Fashion Week. The clothing, inspired by jungle foliage, was a mixture of gowns and sleek suits. The collection earned Duke his first-ever standing ovation, and will certainly not be leading to any more hiatuses anytime soon.

Forever%2021_cardigan.jpgIt's finally starting to cool down a little, so it's the perfect time to get this stylish cardigan from Forever 21--for just $10.50! I like it best in Egg Plant--a very on-trend color for the season--but it also comes in Mustard, Ivory and Black. And the fitted ribbed midriff with matching buttons creates a very chic look--almost corset-like. Wear it to work with a vertical black and silver striped blouse, gray trouser pants and classic pumps, or dress it up to wear out with a layered gold statement necklace, black skirt, high-heeled boots, and over-sized clutch.

Stella%20McCartney.JPG
At Paris Fashion Week, Stella McCartney showed her spring/summer collection. Full of easygoing flowing dresses in wildflower prints inspired by the '70s, the models looked like the cast of the musical “Hair.” Her trademark jumpsuits also made an appearance, as well as pajama- and nightgown-inspired garments. The looks would be equally appropriate for an afternoon in the park or a Sunday lounging around in bed. The look above, worn by model Jessica Stam, is the epitome of the perfect spring frock.

Kathryn Finney, the thirty-one year old fashion blogger and founder of thebudgetfashionista.com has made a career––and an astonishing salary ($150,000 a year!)––out of giving her fashion advice and budget shopping tips to stylish ladies through her website. While advertisers now scramble to work with her, Finney wasn’t always part of the fashion world. In fact, she started as an epidemiologist (a.k.a. a scientist who studies epidemics). Finney began her site because she wanted to curtail her spending and communicate with friends about her great shopping finds. When she began, blogging was a relatively new phenomenon. Today, the Web is overloaded with solo bloggers imitating her concept.

Wow, have I got an awesome bargain for you... This classic sleeveless chiffon dress from Forever 21 is just $10.50! Its 32-inch short, short length can be paired with shiny leggings and a long gray cardigan for work, or bare those sexy legs with patent leather pumps for a night out. This dress is a great wardrobe staple, it's fully lined with ruching along the bodice and matching self belt. And for this price, how can you resist?

If you’re not one to shy away from prints, you’ll love this look from Fendi, worn by model Freja Beha Erichsen on the spring runway in Milan Fashion Week. The optical-illusion look pairs two clashing circle patterns with a color-block belt, reminiscent of this geometric design bag, which came out in September.

Nordstrom_babydoll%20jacket.jpg
I found a great deal on the cutest babydoll jacket--just $24.90! Perfect for the light fall weather we've been having, this jacket will be great for spring, too. I really like how it gathers in the front, and the rounded collar, large two-button closure, cuffed button sleeves, and faux buttoned pocket flaps work together to complete this adorable look. Available in two colors, choose to stand out in stylish plum, or keep in sync with this season's gray trend.

UK label Modernist made their runway debut during London Fashion Week. The designers behind the label, Sierra Leon-born Abdul Koroma and Brit Andrew Jones, formed the brand in September of 2005 for the Fashion Fringe competition, held every year in England and showcasing four emerging talents. The ready-to-wear collection consisted of neutrals in nylon, tulles, and even swim wear jersey, some bare midriffs made an appearance, and the lines were Grecian meets sportswear. The line is available at Ahn Ann in New York City at 961 Madison Ave.
