It’s been a long, cold winter without our weekly dose of Gossip Girl heating up TV screens. But, fear not, the Upper East Siders return next week! But Thursday night is presenting something of a quandry. Lorick, the label that doubles as Blair’s Mom’s label on the show, is presenting their collection from 6-8 p.m. and promises that Leighton Meister, Blake Lively and Taylor Momsen will be in attendance.
But, Be EcoChic, whose event starts at 7 p.m., says stars of Gossip Girl will be walking its runway. Since Be EcoChic is the more likely candidate for menswear, we’re guessing the boys and girls have split up for the night.

Normally, the approach of Labor Day kind of sucks, knowing summer is coming to an end and it’s probably your last long weekend in a while. But this year we have something to look forward to – the return of Gossip Girl in all its Hamptonsy fashion glory! Here’s a sneak peek at the season premiere. Some steamy Nate action and some situationally- innapropriate dressing from Serena can’t distract us from the destinct lack of Blair, but it’s better than nothing.
We know a lot of you are in the Blair can do no fashion wrong camp, and believe us, our tent is firmly staked. But…
Are we out of line to say that this mixed print outfit on Leighton Meester from the Gossip Girl set is a little iffy? We’re not sure if the matchy-matchy colors make it better or worse.
