Marc chooses models – Stella Tennant and Kirsten Owen – for fall 2008 campaign

Looks like the Marc Jacobs ad campaign star will be one role that’s not recurring for Victoria Beckham (unlike her Ugly Betty gig, which she will reprise).

Marc has chosen to fuel the comeback of the 90s supermodel by hiring Stella Tennant and Kirsten Owen for his fall 2008 advertising.

Laetitia Casta rumored to be next Louis Vuitton star

Reports are circulating saying that Laetitia Casta sat for a Louis Vuitton photo shoot this week, spurring rumors that she will be the face of the luxury giant’s next campaign.

The French supermodel captures both sides of the fashion industry – starring in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue as well as covers of Elle and Vogue.

The Kate Moss fans over at our U.K. fashion site have been following the is she isn’t she story of Kate Moss for Agent Provocateur for weeks. Here’s a handy round-up of the information so far.

- Kate Moss is still in at Agent Provocateur, as their bridal campaign gal.
- Lily Cole and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley were mentioned as new AP faces, but have yet to be confirmed.
- Alice Dellal has possibly been tapped for a future AP campaign.
- Dellal isn’t the only new talent rumoured to be on the AP payroll.

There is further whispers that New York model Paz de la Huerta (pictured left), and Helena Christensen have been selected for AP’s next mainline campaign, along with Dellal.

Here’s the first sneak peek at model Lydia Hearst playing ‘Amelia’ in the new episodes of Gossip Girl. We blogged last week about the socialite’s star role in the hit TV show, and from the looks of this shot, it appears as though she has her eyes set on playboy Chuck (Ed Westwick). Due to air in the US on 19th May, Hearst’s character will be involved with Bart and Lilly’s wedding.

Lydia Hearst hearts Gossip Girl

Our favourite strawberry blonde heiress and model Lydia Hearst looks set to be the new Queen Bee on “Gossip Girl.”

Hearst has been confirmed as the latest addition to the cast, having landed a minor role on the teen show. It is reported that she flew back from London on the weekend to begin shooting scenes this week.

Not only is it again being shot by Patrick Demarchelier, who became a household name when Andy learned to pronounce it in “The Devil Wears Prada”, and star models Doutzen Kroes and Gabriel Chytry.

But it’s being shot at architect Philip Johnson’s famed Glass House.

Our favorite is the low tie-neck top by Phillip Lim, not pictured. The other designers include Band of Outsiders, Michael Bastian, Three AsFour and this year jewelry designer Philip Crangi.
