Kate Moss shows us why she's one of the most successful models of this era with this stunning shoot for Hapers Bazaar.

Posing in seductive, cleavage-revealing lingerie, Moss gets into bed with two guys before confessing she doesn't consider herself a fashion designer: "I'm not really a fashion designer. I just love clothes. I've never been to design school. I can't sketch. I can't cut patterns and things. I can shorten things. I can make a dress out of a scarf," she told the magazine

We'll be buying the magazine so we can keep that quote next to us while we're unsuccessfully trying to draw out our dream dress, and we're sure many men will be sneaking this issue off the shelf too.

Many of us have a fashion icon that we look up to in some way or other. Sometimes its lusting over their hair, sometimes we want their eyes (not literally) and other times we wish we had their figures.

Love Magazine obviously agrees with us because for its third bi-annual edition its created eight different covers each showing a different model, who are claimed to represent our ideal of beauty in the fashion industry.

The models shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott include Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Lara Stone, Jeneil Williams, Amber Valletta, Daria Werbowy, Kristen Mcmenamy and Natalia Vodianova.

Katie Grand, editor-in-chief at Love, told Vogue: "For this issue of LOVE, we took eight women who are generally acknowledged as the most beautiful in the world, got them to show off their bodies - widely regarded as the most perfect in the world - and photographed them all in exactly the same position for the cover.

"We did this to show how much they differed physically from one another, which is why we also printed their measurements."

The magazine hits news shelves on 8 February.

lizzie.jpgIt seems that fashion magazines are finally taking note of our need to see a real woman on fashion spreads and on covers.

After a huge positive response to the nude photo of plus-size model Lizzie Miller in the September issue of American Glamour, the magazine will apparently feature "a slew of large, nude models" in its November's issue.

We hope this filters through to the UK versions but we wonder if we'll still be bombarded with features like "lose weight, fee great" alongside these.

It actually reminds me of a time when, after reading one magazine article on a girl's fight with anorexia, I turned the page to be presented with an advert for Adios. Oh dear.

Tell us what you think. Is Lizzie is the kind of model you would like to see gracing the magazine pages? Vote below.

Check out Lindsay Lohan's latest cover for Vogue España's August issue. The actress has surprised many, myself included, when she decided to don a Marilyn Monroe platinum wig again to channel the screen icon for the glossy shoot. After her previous disaster, when she recreated Monroe's "The Last Sitting" for NY Magazine, you can't help but wonder why?

No doubt she'll cop even more flack for this latest effort, although having now seen the finished results I'm not quite so dark on her. For example, the image (above, right) where she is dressed in Thierry Mugler is actually quite fierce. Almost Gaga-inspired.

We are used to seeing her donning her Sixties retro full-skirted frocks and Stepford Wife pearls for Mad Men, but the real-life January Jones is anything but. The actress is Elle's August '09 cover girl as shot by Mariano Vivanco. Check out the video above for a behind-the-scenes look at her shoot - and keep your eyes peeled for an appearance by Donatella Versace! Click play on video above to watch.

American Vogue has broken its run of celebrities on their covers by featuring Christy Turlington on its August issue. The supermodel was photographed by Steven Klein flashing more than a bit of leg in a lilac halterneck gown. But nstead of the usual high fashion editorial inside, Christy is captured on location in Guatemala while on location shooting No Woman, No Cry, her documentary on motherhood in third world nations.

Screen queen Kate Winslet has landed herself another glossy cover, this time for US Harper's Bazaar's August '09 issue. The Oscar-winning actress was photographed by Peter Lindbergh suspended on a tower with New York acting as the stunning backdrop. For the shoot, she dons Burberry, Michael Kors, and Yves Saint Laurent. I just love that white floaty Ralph Lauren dress on her (above right) don't you?

It is another nod to Madonna, with a hint of Gwen Stefani in this latest cover for V magazine, starring Cameron Diaz. The actress steps out of comfort-zone for an edgy photo-shoot taken by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. Reminiscent of Madge's iconic True Blue phase, Cam experiments with short peroxide hair, fake tattoos and cone bra fashioned out of gaffer tape.

Andre Leon Talley once said that she should be a model, and ended up recruiting her for a national TV spot. Although it resulted in her falling on her backside in front of millions of morning show viewers, Whitney Port certainly has what it takes to step onto the runway.

For months you have heard us banging on about The September Issue, the Anna Wintour/Vogue documentary that has whipped fashion followers into a frenzy. Now, the official trailer for the "frockumentary" has hit the net, ahead of the film's September 11 release in the U.S. Click play on video above to watch.

Chanel Iman interning at Teen Vogue

Chanel Iman 2.jpgThe trend to employ famous faces as magazine interns continues with the news that Chanel Iman is now working at Teen Vogue.

Last week the model tweeted about her internship at the mag, saying: "U will never guess what i've been doing for the last couple of hours. Havin' a blast interning at Teen Vogue!! Setup there [sic] closet like its mine".

Also: "Teen Vogue just got a little taste of Chanel Iman flavor in the House!!! Hey lol Teen Vogue rocks!!!"

Sounds like she is having fun.

Chanel is the latest in a string of celebs to hit the glossy intern trail. Bruce Willis's daughter, Tallulah Belle, recently worked at Harper's Bazaar, while Sean Avery interned at Vogue.

Emma Watson is on fire at the moment! Not the least of her accomplishments is the August '09 cover of Teen Vogue. The Harry Potter starlet is having a bumper month with a new campaign for Burberry and a rumored fashion range for UNICEF. For her latest high-fashion stint, she models a variety of designs including a puffy-shouldered plum blouse and floral skirt by Dolce & Gabbana (above).

She may have labelled "too toothy" by Anna Wintour once, but that hasn't stopped the Vogue editor by featuring Sienna Miller on her cover for a second time. The British actress has landed the July '09 cover of the glossy style bible. Given some serious hair extensions, Sienna looks slick in a one-shouldered custom red silk dress by Calvin Klein. Photographed by Craig McDean, she also wears designs by Alexander Wang, Nina Ricci and Gucci.

Tallulah Belle Willis_harpersbazaar.jpgIt certainly helps to have friends in high places, as we have previously seen with Sean Avery and Vogue. Now Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's youngest daughter, Tallulah Belle Willis, has landed an internship at Harper's Bazaar.

At only 15-years-old, Tallulah is working in the fashion department "shadowing" staff and attending resort appointments.

"We are thrilled to have her," a Harper's spokesperson said.

So how did Tallulah score such a lucrative gig? Well, it seems hardly a coincidence that her mum, Demi, graced the April '08 cover of Harper's. Ashton Kutcher has also written several essays for the glossy mag and the couple were spotted next to Glenda Bailey on the FROW at New York Fashion Week.

While she's there, I wonder if Tallulah can have a quiet word to Glenda about the June '09 issue.

harpersbazaar_us_angelinajolie_julyissue.jpgMuch has been made over that Harper's Bazaar cover starring Angelina Jolie (pictured left) in the past few days. Everyone from readers to journalists to bloggers have been left unimpressed by the magazine's decision to feature a photo agency picture of the actress on their July cover.

Indeed, even yours truly has been left rather stumped by this choice to use a Getty red carpet photo instead of the usual stylised photo-shoot image. As if that wasn't strange enough, there isn't even an interview with Ange inside the mag, just an essay written by Naomi Wolf about the actress. As some have put it, it's bordering on tabloid.
