Spring/Summer 2012 hair trends: Retro

Taking inspiration from the 60s and 70s trends, retro hair made its appearance on a range of spring/summer 2012 catwalks.
Crimped, slick backed locks and big curls formed part of this trend, whist twisted and plait up-dos also made an appearance.
The great thing about this trend is that it can be dressed up or down. Wear locks loose and curled with a cute printed top for a day in the park or vamp them up with crimpers for a night on the tiles.
