Pictures – Royal Ascot 2012: The hats so far

Royal Ascot is always an event to spot classic and quirky fashion and this year has been no different.

As well attracting the Queen who was spotted in her statement bold colours at hats, the event also gave way to racegoers hoping to stand out with hats designed with shot glasses, England bows and one brave attendee also went for a kooky cage dress.

Also making an appearance was Princess Eugenie who went for a classic box hat, while Steps stars Lisa and Faye stood out in wide brimmed hats.
