Last night London was filled with a range of UK TV stars who donned their best frocks and hit the London Palladium for the TV Baftas, which celebrate British soaps and series.
And as you can imagine there were some amazing frocks. Fresh from the Britian’s Got Talent final on Saturday Amanda Holden stepped out in a gorgeous silver and white asymmetric dress complete with a corsage strap and daring split, while Sophie Ellis-Bextor went for a vintage look teaming up a green shift dress with a lace overlay.
Ex Eastenders star Kara Tointon also stole the show in a white long asymmetric dress, which was very similar to the one worn by Corrie star Michelle Keegan.
Gavin and Stacey star Joanna Page and Silent Witness actress Emilia Fox however went for a black, Joanna opting for a long cowel neck frock while Emilia for a v-neck slightly boho style.
We’ve put together a gallery of our best dressed of the night but keep reading because we’ll be bringing you alot more TV Bafta fashion.
There’s so many charity and fashion collaborations this year, that we’re struggling to keep up. Not that we’re complaining, they’re all for good causes.
However, instead of the the number of designers who have asked celebrities to create clothing and accessories, Dunhill is just asking for famous ladies lips.
The Heritage brand will be hosting a charity auction in aid of The Prostate Cancer Charity this Valentine’s Day and has asked female celebs including Jerry Hall, Louise Redknapp, Gillian Anderson and Emilia Fox, to all plant a kiss on a Dunhill collar to support the cause.
It hopes these kisses will lead to the shirts being sold off at high auction prices when they are listed on Ebay, and all proceeds will be donated to The Prostate Cancer Charity.
In addition to the shirt bearing the mark of a celebrity kiss and autograph, each auction winner will also get a voucher for a Dunhill custom made tailored shirt, to be redeemed at Bourdon House. We think this would make an excellent present for your other half.
