Christina Aguilera to launch a new fragrance named Secret Potion

Christina Aguilera is set to launch a new fragrance named Secret Potion.

The ‘Burlesque’ star – who also has a series of other perfumes including Christina Aguilera, Christina Aguilera by Night and Royal Desire – took part in a photo shoot for the scent last week and brought her three-year-old son Max along.

A source told Life & Style: “He wasn’t feeling good, so she wanted to take care of him and make sure they were together. She’s trying to spend as much time as possible with him while she works, so Max brought his toys and played with his little cars while she did the shoot.”

Christina’s previous scents have been inspired by her mother’s love of “sensual” fragrances.

She said: “Growing up, I used to play with all the fragrances in my mother’s vanity. She had a taste for musky, sensual scents.”

Although she has a hectic schedule juggling a singing and acting career with being a single mother to Max, Christina has previously revealed she never lets her beauty routine falter.

She said “Stay hydrated, moisturise and get enough sleep. I never go to sleep with makeup on and always moisturise my face and lips. I also try to condition my hair as much as possible.”
