Trend Alert: Top five flat sexy summer sandals

The sun is shining (well to some extent anyway) and we’re all getting closer to going on that planned holiday away. We’ve given you the skirts and the shorts but one thing we haven’t yet covered are sandals. If your as shoe obsessed as we are then you’ll already know there’s a huge summer range to choose from this year.

Anything from shoe boots with peep toes (if you’re feeling brave wear them with cute little socks as seen on the Burberry ss2010 catwalk) right the way down to plain and simple flip-flops.

We’re currently coveting flat gladiator styles and sandals, which are perfect teamed up with shorts, maxi dresses and skinny jeans for a smart/casual look or with a playsuit and little skirt for a night on the town.

The sun is still shining and summer wardrobes are finally seeing the light of day. However, there’s always room in that shoe cupboard, walk in wardrobe or rack under the bed for an extra pair of summer shoe lovelies. And we’ve found a pair that we’ll definitely be squeezing into our collection.
