Country stars go for gold – footwear, that is

Gold shoes kind of clash with the “orange carpet” at the Academy of Country Music Awards, but they’re still really cute.

Miranda Lambert, left, paired hers with a short printed dress. It might be a little matchy-matchy to pair gold shoes with a print with so much of the color in it, but that’s a very southern convension. We love the platform and criss-cross straps anyway.
