This week, J.C. Penney is having a huge sale on women’s apparel, coats, and boots. They may not have the greatest selection, but you can find some stylish fashions for really good prices–like this St. John’s Bay belted wrap cardigan for $22.99 and Worthington ‘Jo’ mid-shaft boots for $44.99. So if you’re strapped for cash, but still want the season’s cool looks, try bargain hunting at mid-level retail stores rather than the (sigh) incredibly high-priced upscale ones.
