Katie Price has slagged off Cheryl Cole’s sense of style in her new magazine, “Katie”. Excuse me while I split my sides laughing. Oh goodness, where do I even begin..
The failed fashion designer, model, novelist and singer has now turned her hand to running her own magazine “Katie” – which apparently includes bitchy commentary about other celebrities, and right now Cheryl Cole is in the firing line for that colour-blocked orange and purple outfit that she wore during her brief stint as a judge for the US X Factor.
Katie furiously (ghost)wrote about Cheryl’s admittedly bad fashion choices: “The whole thing is absolutely hideous. I don’t know who’s responsible for the outfit and the horrific hair but I hope Cheryl sacked them. It looks like she’s put on weight.” Madam Price, I am sorry but you are the last person who can talk about horrific hair.
The ex page three girl also slammed Cheryl’s bandmate Nicola Roberts for her fashion choices. “She always gets it wrong. She is trying to be unique but she doesn’t have the confidence to carry it off.” Katie, you can’t carry anything off.
The whole thing is a little bit ridiculous, and the only words that came to mind when I read this gossip was “Pot. Kettle. Black.” Am I right?
The 33-year-old TV star has been married twice – first to Peter Andre, who she has two children, Junior, six, and Princess Tiaamii, four, with and secondly to Alex Reid, who she divorced after a year of marriage in February 2011 – believes there are more spouses in her future, as well as more children and a second shoot for Playboy magazine.
Katie – who first appeared naked in the pages of Hugh Hefner’s magazine in 2002 – said: “I’ve got another Playboy shoot in me. I still love getting my kit off because it’s what I do best and it’s got me where I am today. And I’ve also got plans for a film and a West End show.
“I’ll also have more kids, more horses and probably more husbands, about 12, I expect!”
However, Katie – who also has nine-year-old son Harvey from a previous relationship – admits she still has “issues” with her ex-husbands, despite being in a new relationship with Argentinean model Leandro Penna.
She said: “I think all of these experiences were meant for a reason because they remind me not to take anything for granted.
“I still have issues with both my exes but I just have to deal with it. Everyone has a drama, don’t they?”
All good clean fancy-dress fun as Jodie stepped out looking like a demure Southern belle in this traditional get-up of what looks like a thong made out of cotton wool. Maybe she's from Nevada...
I can spy a catfight between two of the world’s grossest girls breaking out as Jodie Marsh completely cussed out Katie Price in an interview to the Daily Star (classy), saying of her formal “glamour” rival: “Does anyone care about her any more? I don’t.” BEEF. She also made the slightly silly allegation that Katie, AKA Jordan, would “sell her own grandmother to a magazine if she could.” Silly old Jodie, what would a magazine want with Jordan’s grandma? Anyway, here’s hoping that this diss turns into a full on extension-ripping bloodbath – they could make a reality show on ITV about it.
Unfortunately, this isn’t Harry Hill’s TV Burp, so we can’t put two fat men put in glamour-model costumes and make them fight each other on telly for your amusement and entertainment. BUT, we can put them up against each other in a fashion face-off to decide – who is the worst dressed? Is it crusty old Jodie or blow-up Jordan? In fairness, they both look like they’ve been inflated and wear solely what they find in the bargain bins at Anne Summers, so it’s going to be a toughie. But it’ll be fun arguing it out. Check out the gallery below of some of their very memorable looks over the past few years, then vote for the worst-dressed. Who’s going to be crowned the foulest woman in Britain? You decide.
We know we probably shouldn’t be too surprised at Jordan’s latest outfit, after all, the model and business woman is well known for her body (and booby) flashing clothes.
However, we thought, being a mum and the sheer amount of criticism in the press, would have calmed her down. We obviously thought wrong, because judging by the outfit she wore to the Boutique iPod Range Photocall held at the Worx, it’s getting worse.
The suit, which looks like someone’s covered Ms<strike> Price</strike>, <strike>Andre</strike>, Reid in tin foil, ready to be put in the oven does nothing to flatter the model. And the skirt which gives a nod to the Hawian look makes her look like a space tourist on tour.
This is just our opinion so we want to hear what you have to say about this look. Leave your comments below to let us know.
It was an A-list celebrity day and night yesterday as stars including Jessica Biel and Audrina Patridge hit London town.
Jessica turned up at the Radio One offices in the same satin wrap dress she was spotted wearing the night before, while Fearne Cotton, who was spotted in the same location, looked stunning in a rock tee, boots and cute shorts. Jessica was later snapped looking tired and unkept as she walked through Soho in leggings and a white top.
However, at least Jessica had the decency to wear some clothes, unlike Ms Katie Price, who typically chose to bare almost all at her Paradise book signing in Oxford Street. Although, we have to thank her for giving us a glimpse of those nicely toned gentleman beside her.
Other celebrities that kept their clothes firmly on last night included Diana Vickers, who opted for a polka dot sheet top, and black skirt while performing at the iTunes Festival and Christine Bleakly who was apparently trying to hide from the paps. We hate to tell you this Christine but if you want to avoid attention a bright red dress is not going to help, no matter how nice it is.
As we’ve said before celebrities don’t need an excuse to party and it seems days of the week don’t matter either, with many taking to the streets of London for a night out and for press conferences (ok we suppose that counts as working).
First on the scene was Katie Price who turned up in a black leather jacker to steal the limelight support, her best friend and make-up artist Gary Cockerill for the launch of his new book From Coal Dust To Stardust.
Ex Eastender star Preeya Kallides was also out and about yesterday showing off her fashion sense in a cute floral frock, which she matched up with a black peep toe’s and black bag, while her fellow Eastender colleague Kara Tointon opted for an 80s midi frock at the Burn the Floor press launch. And once again Fearne Cotton wowed us in a monochrome maxi dress on the way to work.
However, one celebrity couple that most definitely weren’t working last night were Saturday singer Rochelle Wiseman and JLS frontman Marvin, who stepped out of the Mayfair hotel for a night on the town.
Katie Price AKA Jordan has finally admitted that she’s had too much plastic surgery and that it’s ruined her looks.
The model, business woman and all round media attention seeker showed off her bloated face, puffy face and pouty lips while performing her single on GMTV last week and has told sources that even her kids find her new looks a laughing matter.
‘The children are calling me Daffy Duck and laughing at my puffy pillow face,’ Katie’s reportedly told friends.
‘Blown-up red lips, long dark hair and make-up. I do look like a duck.’
And it also seems her new hubby Alex Reid isn’t impressed with her looks. He has reportedly banned her from having anymore fillers and botox and told a tabloid paper that he’s worried that if she carries on she’ll end up “looking like a waxwork.”
A source said: “Alex was once all gooey-eyed over Jordan, but reality has set in and he’s worried about her addiction to having work done.
“He thinks she’s gone too far. Alex has started pleading with her to stop but she won’t be told”
Katie caused controversy when she first started in glamour modelling with The Sun running a huge campaign to stop her from having a boob job. She’s since had another 4 but we agree with her kids and hubby, the model has gone too far. To prove our point we’ve put together a gallery of the model’s changing faces.
Take a look and tell us what you think. Has she gone too far or is she just maintaining her looks? Leave your comments below and let us know.
Fearne Cotton’s made it into this week’s “Spotted In London” again, as always, leaving the Radio One studio looking like a true Londoner in a slouchy, mustard yellow skirt teamed up with an animal-print blouse and denim shirt. If you look closely you’ll notice that she’s wearing the same leather uber-heels that she was spotted in last time – shoes so fierce that they practically wear her, not the other way round.
Amy Winehouse and Diana Vickers were both spotted again too – Amy was papped at the “Psychosis” première (bizarrely, so was the lead singer from The Darkness) sporting a huge grin and even huger hair, showing off her tan and her new healthier figure in a clinging magenta mini-dress cinched in at the waist with a leather corset-style belt. Meanwhile, Vickerz was spotted leaving the BBC One studios looking very Florence Welch in a pretty cotton white maxidress.
Mollie King and Una Healy of The Saturdays were also looking good in simple outfits leaving the MTV studios in Camden; Mollie looked the quintessential girl-next-door in a crisp blue shirt and denim micro-shorts, while bandmate Una Healy opted for a more sexed-up approach to her outfit by pairing up her denim with a cropped shirt tied at the waist to show off her very brown midriff.
Jordan was also spotted leaving the MTV studios in the daytime, looking a lot scarier than The Saturdays and looking a lot like Donnatella Versace’s evil sister. Her accessory: those stupid lips. No wonder she never looks very happy.
Today’s “Spotted in London” award goes to Fearne for being creative with her fabric and colour combinations. I never thought I’d like mustard yellow but I’ve been proved wrong. Good job.
It seems ShinyStyle has taken on a child friendly theme today, but this time we’re not really sure what to think of the rumours that Katie Price (Aka Jordan) is launching a make-up range for kids.
The model, mum and author (although that’s debatable) announced plans to launch the range on her ITV2 reality show, What Katie did next, and said the range would be inspired by her two-year-old daughter Princess.
“Obviously the story would be she nicks my make-up all the time, it’s not safe for her to use a lady’s mascara… edible lipstick, little case with wipes to take your make-up off – you can get a nice case for make-up wipes, lipsticks, blushers and mascara and nail varnishes,” she said.
There’s no doubting that Katie is a good mum and if we’re honest we all dressed up and played with make-up when we were little (does anyone else remember the Tinkerbell range?) However, we’re not sure Jordan’s idea is meant to be for the home. She’s been blasted in the press for taking out Princess with lipstick and fake eyelashes.
Do you think a range like this could encourage young girls to grow up to fast? Let us know what you think by leaving your comments and voting in the box below.
After all, they’ve been well publicised enemies for many years now. However, we’re not sure who would say Ms Price looked good in her frock, let alone beat a fashionista.
Now don’t get us wrong we generally don’t have a problem with Katie Price (we’re not team Pete or team Price t-shirt wearing girls), however, we have to say that her frock has got to be the worst one of the Elton John after party night.
To be fair on the model, mum and business woman, she kept her (er) assets covered up proving she can be elegant, however, the shiny fabric and huge flowers make her look like a mermaid who got lost in a poppy field.
If you’re still looking for that special Christmas present to put on your wishlist and have a small piece of admiration for Jordan then head to Ebay now.
The former glamour model and I’m a Celebrity star is having a pre New Year clearout and selling some of her old clothes on the auction site.
Items include the £350 corset Jordan wore on her first date with ex husband Peter Andre, as well as designer heels, statement handbags and a range of bomber jackets.
A percentage of the money raised will also go to charity.
I’m a Celebrity has kicked off once again on ITV1 and we’re addicted already. Most of us will probably be tuning in to watch Katie Price be subjected to a series of horrible trials, either enjoying it or feeling sorry for her, depending on which team you support. (I’m with Team Andre.) But there are five other women in the Australian outback as we speak. Allowed only one luxury item each, you can imagine how difficult the decision making process must have been for them: mascara or Vaseline? Blusher or concealer?
Jules Standish, a professional ‘colour consultant’ had a look at the female celebs in this year’s series and worked out what they should have decided to take with them.
Katie Price: Unsurprisingly here, Jules would have given Katie a ‘big tube’ of fake tan, because her harsh black hair would look even worse against pale skin. We imagine Jordan snuck in a job lot of the stuff somehow.
Sam Fox: The ex-glamour model should have brought some mascara to “keep her lovely eyes sparkling”.
Sabrina Washington: Sabrina used to be in Mis-Teeq, one of those R&B bands that epitomised the early 2000s, but unfortunately for her, she’s now in a much less glamorous setting. According to Jules, Sabrina’s skintone needs ‘really strong colours’, so she’d give her some red lipstick.
Kim Woodburn: One half of Kim and Aggie, the How Clean is Your House star has already stripped off. Not a good idea, since her fair colouring needs to be kept out of the sun. Jules recommends tinted moisturiser to keep her skin glowing.
Lucy Benjamin: Lucy had some less-than-glamourous moments on Eastenders, so she probably won’t mind being in the jungle without make-up. But if she did have some with her, Jules would prioritise ‘golden brown eyeshadow’ to bring out her eyes.
Camilla Dallerup: Used to shedloads of make-up on the ballroom dancefloor, Camilla should be able to make do with blusher, says Jules. And she should stay out of the sun.
