Megan Fox believes treating herself on the weekend is the secret to her stunning figure

By Andrea Petrou on June 30th, 2011

Megan Fox believes treating herself on the weekend is the secret to her stunning figure.

The beautiful actress – who is often voted one of the world’s most sexiest women – recently gained 4lbs and sources say she’s happier than ever because she’s got some of her curves back.

One told Now magazine: “Megan’s relaxed her strict diet and has been treating herself at the weekends. On weekdays she sticks to protein with salad and veg.”

As well as following a healthy diet, Megan also works out with husband Brian Austin Greene.

The source added: “He’s always worked out – and he got Meg into it. She does cardio and weights twice weekly but focuses on yoga and Pilates, which she loves.”

While Megan, 25, is happy with her body, she has previously admitted she hates showing it off by wearing attention-seeking clothes

She said: “If you wear anything interesting, you become instantly noticeable. I have this gorgeous Dolce and Gabbana white trench coat for winter, but I can’t wear it without drawing attention to myself. And I try to hide. I want to be unseen.”

Jennifer Aniston stays slim by avoiding junk food

By Andrea Petrou on June 28th, 2011

Jennifer Aniston stays slim by avoiding junk food.

The ‘Horrible Bosses’ star insists she doesn’t stick to a strict diet to maintain her stunning figure and just limits her intake of fatty meals.

She said: “I’ve never been a fanatic when it comes to what I eat. I’ve always discovered that I can stay fit by avoiding junk foods and eating healthily, while running or exercising regularly. I don’t have any formula.”

The 42-year-old actress’ favourite exercise is yoga and she works out every day because she feels more energetic after working out.

She revealed to new! magazine: “I love to do yoga. I have more energy if I can do workout for 20 minutes every day. If I exercise enough I can eat what I want and not worry about my weight or how I look.

If I put on a few pounds, I just eat more fish and salads for a week and exercise four or five times a week as opposed to two or three times.

The important thing is to stick to a healthy routine. I feel better after a good workout and it gives you more energy for the entire day. I try not to worry or stress about things anymore ¬ I just like to get on with my life.”

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is obsessed with junk food despite her Victoria Secrets model figure

By Andrea Petrou on June 16th, 2011

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is obsessed with junk food.

The Victoria’s Secret model – who is famed for her curvaceous figure – is missing British cuisine since relocating to the US and loves eating things which are “really, really bad” for her.

She told Maxim magazine: “I love eating really, really bad things, like roast dinners and chocolate bread and butter pudding.

“It’s my soul, England. I miss the people, the culture, the food.

“I find it strange that people say English food is bad. To me, it’s delicious. I’ve never really considered it but I was thinking the other day that maybe it’s strange to have beans on toast for breakfast.”

Although the stunning 24-year-old beauty has never worried about her weight she has previously revealed she was advised to work out if she wanted to succeed in her chosen career.

She said: “I can’t remember a time where I really battled with my body, but I can remember being asked to lose weight and battling with the advice.

“It hurt me. Especially as my baby fat naturally melted away as I got older.

“When I started out, I was definitely heavier. I was quite voluptuous in fact. I had a real baby face and baby fat.

“But I was a baby! I was told I had to get into better shape, but I’m quite stubborn so I didn’t.”

Fergie struggles to have the “discipline” to eat healthily all the time

By Andrea Petrou on June 14th, 2011

Fergie struggles to have the “discipline” to eat healthily all the time.

The Black Eyed Peas singer gets all her food and drinks delivered to the home she shares with husband Josh Duhamel but can’t resist tucking into her favourite junk foods whenever she has the opportunity.

She said: “I have a meal-delivery service; Diet Designs. They’re amazing – they’ll have butter lettuce and avocado and pink grapefruit. They do butternut-squash enchiladas, which are really good. I also get these pressed juices delivered to my house, so I get all these different and wonderful vegetables. My problem is my discipline. I see a Jack in the Box or a Del Taco, and I will impulsively want it. I’m a work in progress in that area.”

The 36-year-old star maintains her figure with strenuous work outs – but admits she has to wear two sports bras in order to keep her assets under control.

She told Allure magazine: “I do cardio and resistance training. I’m getting more into jump rope now.”

Explaining her double underwear trick, she added: “For your shoulders, if you have breasts. There’s a lot of … waving.”

The ‘My Humps’ hitmaker also revealed she has learned to appreciate her “unique” nose, and no longer resents the fact it is less-than-perfect.

She added: “I’ve learned to love my nose because it’s unique. It’s interesting, and it just makes me a little different.”

Eva Mendes says posing in her underwear gives her the motivation to stay slim

By Andrea Petrou on May 10th, 2011

Eva Mendes says posing in her underwear gives her the motivation to stay slim.

The stunning actress often has to strip off for sexy photo shoots so knows her body must be in tip-top shape, meaning she does her best to stay away from junk food.

She said: “My job requires me to do a lot of underwear and bikini shoots. That’s what encourages me to put the chocolate-chip cookies down.”

Although she is very conscious of eating healthily and doing lots of exercise now, the 37-year-old beauty says it hasn’t always been that way.

She told Britain’s InStyle magazine: “I never cared about exercise or what I was eating until I got into my 20s and then I started to really get into it. I just wasn’t feeling good, so I started eating well, working out and going from drinking no water – ever – to up to three litres a day. All the stuff that I didn’t do as a kid. Ever since, I’ve really believed in the beauty philosophy of starting from within and it kinda changed my life.”

Vanessa Hudgens had issues fitting into her High School Musical costumes

By Andrea Petrou on March 15th, 2011

Vanessa Hudgens’ eating habits were once so bad she struggled to fit into her ‘High School Musical’ costumes.

The actress admitted that in 2007 her weight ballooned after she stopped eating vegetables and gorged on junk food, leaving her struggling when it came to appearing in a live show version of the film series.

She told US magazine Shape: “I was so unhealthy. I used to go to Cold Stone Creamery, get a tub of Butterfinger ice cream and eat it all before bedtime.

“I lived on [microwaveable junk food] Hot Pockets and never touched vegetables; I needed to do something about my diet.

“My fingers were permanently stained orange from Cheetos. I almost couldn’t get my costume on. When I finally got it zipped up, my boobs were up to my chin!”

Vanessa – who dated her co-star hunk Zac Efron for five years from 2005 to 2010 – said she has since ditched her unhealthy diet and it has made a remarkable change to her figure and helped her attitude toward food improve.

She added to Shape magazine: “I like egg whites with veggies or oatmeal with almonds and fruit.”

Now, for lunch and dinner Vanessa usually has a spinach salad with grilled chicken or salmon, Marcona almonds, feta, a little truffle oil and a dash of Himalayan sea salt.

She added: “When you’re putting good stuff into your body, you feel so much better.”

Vanessa also takes regular exercise, including pilates, yoga and spinning as well as attending cardio kickboxing classes with her mother.
