Vintage is a hot trend this season. However, it’s not just making a huge impact on our wardrobes, it’s also filtering into our make up too. This season one key look is golden buff, a trend which gives a nod to 40s sepia style prints.
And it’s also a great look for all skin types. To get the look start with a cream colour base foundation before coating eyes in two types of gold eyeshadows.
Add mascara and a contrasting frosted pink lippy to finish the look. See the gallery below for tips and where to buy the products we used.
Gone are the days when dressing up as a She Devil for Halloween meant you had to coat your face in red sticky face paint.
As Halloween parties have become more and more fashionable so have the make-up looks associated with the traditional costumes and the devil look is just one example with many demonesses swapping the obvious look for bold eye make up that gives a nod to this look.
To get a look that screams She Devil, yet remains sexy start with a dark grey or black eyeshadow and coat your upper lid. Take the colour right up to the brow.
Once you’ve done this add some red shadow over the top of this, but keep it to the lid. Blend in to give a seamless look and add some thick black liner to both the top and bottom lids.
To complete the look add some bright red lipstick and you’re set to tempt any male at that party into being naughty.
See the gallery below for a list of everything you need to get the look.
