NYFW highlights: Kelly Brook and Kelly Osbourne at the Marchesa party

Kelly Osbourne has been a busy lady this week, showing her her face at a range of New York Fashion Week events.

She made the front row at Jeremy Scott’s catwalk show and she also turned up to the Marchesa party, dressed in a ruffled dress, which looked very much like a Marchesa design, teamed up with peep toe shoes.

Red and ruffles were pick of the day for Kelly Brook who turned up in a short one shoulder satin frock, and Olivia Palermo who opted for this colour in a shift frock with detailed sleeves.

Molly Sims went for a cute white dress, teamed up with peep toe boots, while Natasha Bendigfield went for a sheer black frock for her night out.

Fifteen sexy celebrities in stunning red dresses strutted down the catwalk for The Heart Truth Red Dress Collection Fashion show, at New York’s Fashion Week. These ladies put the “star” back in “all-star,” showing audiences exactly it means to be a strong healthy woman.

The Red Dress Collection show is part of The Heart Truth campaign for women, which aims to raise awareness about heart disease.

Trend Alert: Figure skating skirts

A very hot trend this season is the full, pleated figure skating-style skirt as seen on WhoWhatWearDaily. Usually super short and flowing, it can also be worn longer, as shown above on Ashley Olsen and Molly Sims. Pair it with a wide, high-waisted belt, opaque black tights and metallic or patent leather pumps to complete this ultra-fab look. And don’t worry, this is not a one season trend–you’ll get full wear of this chic skirt through spring and summer ’08. A unique collection of designer heels and signed pumps that can raise thousands of dollars for cancer research. Stuart Weitzman recently announced the Seventh Annual Celebrity Shoe Auction, a place for celebrities to pitch their most creative designs and place them up for bidding on the official website. Star contributors/future shoe designers include Molly Sims, Courtney Cox Arquette, Kelly Ripa, and Matthew Perry.
