Although the summer weather has made a late appearance, our minds are already on what the Autumn/Winter season is going to bring.
One collection we can’t wait to have a look at is Dune’s winter 2012 range, which looks to be amazing. The shoe retailer has this year gone all out, giving a huge nod to the animal print trend with a range of wedges and pumps in its urban weekend collection.
Those seeking a more classic look will love the range of flat and heeled boots , while there’s a huge range of super high heels and sandals for that Christmas party- it’s never too early to start planning….
See the gallery below for our top five.

Uh-huh it’s true… Miley Cyrus and Max Azria have inked a deal with Wal-Mart to create a line for juniors. Can you just hear the dollar signs ringing already?
The range is to be called “Miley Cyrus and Max Azria” (some originality maybe?) and will include tops, pants, graphic T-shirts and shoes, starting from $20. It will go on sale at Wal-Mart outlets and via Walmart.com from August this year.
I guess we should have known something was up when Miley starting wearing grown-up wear by Azria. For example, that sparkly minidress Hervé Léger dress she wore to the London premiere of Hannah Montana: The Movie. Look out Olsens!

Good Lord! What have the broad-minded folks over at American Apparel come up with now? These bottomless tights (or “assless tights” as some are calling them) are just one of the new styles to look out for from the retailer. They are specially designed without a back allowing you to show off your booty, as I’m sure many women would prefer *ahem*. They are still in production, and not available to buy just yet. However, it just begs one question – after Woody Allen sued them and won, are AA so hard up for cash now they can’t even afford whole hosiery?
Would you wear these tights? Vote in our poll after the jump and see them in all their glory (NSFW, naturally)…

It is cool to love khaki – take it from Alexander Wang, Vena Cava, and Albertus Swanepoel. This year’s CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalists have joined forces with Gap to bring you their versions of the classic khaki, instead of the usual white shirts. These range from dresses to hats to jackets.

The long-running feud between Woody Allen and American Apparel has finally been settled for a cool $5million.
The director sued the clothing retailer last year, after they used his image in advertising billboards without his authorization. American Apparel’s chief executive, Don Charney, argued that the image, which depicted Allen as a Hasidic Jew from Allen’s 1977 film, Annie Hall, was fair game.
On Monday, the case was put to bed when Allen was awarded $5million for violation of privacy, although he initially filed for $10million.
“It’s of course possible that by going through the trial a jury might have awarded me more money but this is not how I make my living and $5 million is enough to discourage American Apparel or anyone else from trying such a thing again,” Allen said.

To help celebrate Macy’s 150th birthday is Christina Aguilera, who stars in a series of commemorative portraits for the department store. Photographed by Rolling Stones snapper, Mark Seliger, the new mum looks stunning against a backdrop of blooms. Other famous faces to feature in the ad campaign include Tommy Hilfiger, Martha Stewart, Calvin Klein, and Jessica Simpson, who has just wrapped filming the television commercial for Macy’s.

Target is churning out the designers like clockwork right now – lucky for us!
Two weeks ago we were telling you how the retailer nabbed Brit export Jonathan Saunders for its latest GO International program, and now we’re hearing word that Anya Hindmarch and Sigerson Morrison are also hopping on board.

Target may not associate with bloggers but that won’t stop Catwalk Queen from talking about Jovovich-Hawk’s new diffusion range for the retailer. After all, they – and we – adore Milla Jovovich! Come to think of it, a lot of these dress look like they could have come from our favorite Milla movie – Dazed and Confused! The first pics from the collection have been unveiled and they have the designers’ folksy stamp all over it. Those light smock dresses and vintage-style prints are ideal for the warmer months.
