By Andrea Petrou on June 8th, 2010

With the news that Geri Halliwell is to be a ‘guest’ judge during auditions for this year’s X Factor, we thought it only right that we dedicated a post to her today.

The 37-year-old former Spice Girl will fill in for Dannii Minogue while she’s on maternity leave from the programme and her appearance will come during auditions filmed in Glasgow tomorrow.

The singer is believed to be only appearing as a one-off but could return in the future so to honour this we’ve decided to tribute a get the look gallert especially to her. View the gallery below for Geri’s style.

Alexander McQueen’s ashes are to be scattered on the Isle of Skye.

The designer, who was born and bought up in East London, is said to have felt a strong connection to the birthplace of his father Ronald. He had previously told his family he wanted the island to be his final resting place.

Mr McQueen’s brother Michael said: “Alexander was back and forward all over the world, but he felt at home when he was in Scotland”

And his love of the Scottish Isle’s showed in his work including his ‘Highland Rape’ collection and use of tartan in his pieces.
