Designer Pick of the Week: William Sharp Swarovski star cashmere slippers

This may be the cheapest, and the most casual, that designer pick of the week has ever gone, but I’ve been on the lookout for some warm, chic slippers so that may have incfluenced my choice.

These William Sharp Swarovski star cashmere slippers, $230, are just what I would get if money were no object.

You know they’re warm because they’re cashmere, and the detail is just pretty enough to make you wish you could wear them out of the house.

The nice thing is that once we’ve gorged ourselves on red carpet fashion, we still have the movie to see!

Swarovski Fashion Rocks presents in London Oct. 18

The Swarovski Fashion Rocks campaign rounds up all things sparkly at London’s Royal Albert Hall on October 18. In partnership with The Prince’s Trust, the event is a star-studded show to honor the latest collection of crystal jewelry and gemstones, along with plenty of live music and celebrity-infused entertainment. Kate Moss of Topshop has designed a special flapper gown to commemorate the event, a simple grey gown decked out in over 60,000 Swarovski crystal stones. The event is designed to honor Swarovski’s presence in the glarmous fashion world, honoring both couture and high end designers from around the globe.
