We take it back, Elisa is a genius. After trashing the weird arm bands accompanying her outfit on last night’s Project Runway, we glimpsed a bit of the the 2008 Agent Provocateur swimwear due out in March. Similar, no?
Did anyone else immediately think this grown woman was wearing swimmies because her Mommy wouldn’t let her in the pool alone without them? Perhaps victims of near-drowning incidents actually will go for this style – low oxygen to the brain and all.
I know it seems a little soon for bathing suits, but Lands End‘s swimwear collection comes out in January, and they have some very stylish pieces you just have to see. Their beachwear accessories are super cute–in all different shades to match the swimwear. Find totes, towels, hats, and sandals in solid, polka dot and floral patterns. The major theme Lands End has going for this year’s swimwear collection is adjustable. They feature adjustable bottoms like the berry colored ones above, so at the pull of a string, you can make the sides high for a bikini cut or low for boy shorts. If there’s one thing Labor Day weekend signifies – it’s one last fling with the beach/lake/pond/inflatable kiddie pool. Or, if you live in warmer climes, it’s just one more long weekend in the sun with many more on the horizon (we’re totally jealous). Either way, do your sunbathing the stylish way – with SPF and a Lisa Curran bikini like the one sported by Jenny McCarthy, left.
