Tam a techie! Who knew?

Fashion and technology unite yet again to create a style-fueled frenzy for the latest gadget. Vivianne Tam is creating a limited edition computer with Hewlett Packard so the chic geek can have her fashionable accessory and shop online with it too.

Tam followed in the footsteps of Vera Wang who designed a series of skins for HP laptops. But no copycat, Tam has gone down this route before when she designed a signature-red MP3 player.

An after party following Tam’s spring 09 show on September 9 will serve double duty as a celebration of the new HP collaboration as well.
